This paper proposes a shared task model to describe, analyze and simulate team performance of shared task in complex systems. In addition to team interaction and contextual factors, our model focuses on shared task and information sharing among task sharers. In this model, a crew selects his/her task according to task selection condition, which is situation, status of shared and unshared task. These conditions are defined by detail observation and analysis of team behavior. By way of example, watch keeping task of bridge team is analyzed based on this model and modeled using task-network modeling technique. The performance between task-network simulation and actual simulator training was compared to validate the proposed model. The result shows our model approximately evaluates shared task performance of team.
