Social security and basic consumption have mutual influence between each other, through the investigation of China's Heilongjiang province in Harbin JinjiaCun and changlincun, analyzed survey results in both control income condition and uncontrol income condition, found that for local residents basic consumption is positively correlated with the cost of chemical fertilizer and different types of social security.
