Electrical Engineers love these all-electronic refrigerators. Herbie proposes them for use in a new system until he learns that not only do they cost a lot, but they still require fans and heat sinks, and leave the components hotter than they would be without them. Why are they so bad if they do everything the manufacturers claim? Lesson: Peltier effect cooling.
