The Effective Innovation (EI) process has been outlined in the previous chapters. It brings success when it is rigorously managed with encouragement and recognition. In the natural flow there will be two phases:
1. Introduction and implementation of Effective Innovation This phase never completely ends. It evolves into continuous improvement.
2. Leadership of Effective Innovation, after it is implemented
Successful management toward new technologies comes through leadership that is based on a clear understanding of the basic principles of Effective Innovation. Asking questions that are rooted in the first nine chapters of this book, as well as encouraging and rewarding the dedicated application of these principles, will bring success.
We will first describe the leadership of Effective Innovation after it is implemented. Then we will return to the successful path for its introduction and implementation.
