This chapter discusses the development of smart textile based wearable health monitoring systems (ST-WHMSs). After introducing the concepts of smart textiles and printable electronics, textile sensor technology is discussed, followed by the roll-to-roll fabrication techniques, which can be used for mass fabrication of low-cost ST-WHMSs.
