Telecommunication and information technologies play important roles in the development of mobile health monitoring systems. The wireless communication system of a mobile health monitoring system mainly consists of three units: a wireless sensor unit, a wireless receiver, and a monitoring unit. The wireless sensor unit is used for detecting signals and transmitting signals to the wireless receiver module. The wireless receiver unit is used as a repeater. It receives the signals from the sensor unit module and transmits the signals to the monitoring unit or remote server.
