This chapter discusses the development of nanotechnology based biomedical sensors that will be integrated into mobile wearable health monitoring systems. After introducing the physiological signals often used for health monitoring, three types of biomedical sensors are discussed, including bioelectric sensors based on carbon nanotubes, bioelectric sensors based on metal nanowires, and cuffless blood pressure sensors.

2.1 Physiological signals for health monitoring
2.2 Bioelectric sensors based on carbon nanotubes
2.3 Bioelectric sensors based on metal nanowires
2.4 Cuffless blood pressure sensors
