In chapter 3 we discussed the concept of the vibration vector. This vector represents the amplitude and phase of a filtered vibration signal from a single transducer (usually a shaft relative, displacement transducer), where the phase is the absolute phase of the filtered signal measured relative to the Keyphasor event.
