In this chapter, we review several practical implications of E1527 Section 9 on site reconnaissance. We point out EPs' reporting responsibilities associated with general site setting and exterior and interior observations. We address some of the documentation issues and discuss the role of photography as a documentation tool during Phase I ESAs.
