Three types of in-situ tests were performed in Bangkok marine clay, namely: Pressuremeter test, Field Vane test, and Dutch Cone test. The Pressuremeter test using the OYO LLT monocell probe with wash boring technique yielded the horizontal earth pressure at rest (Po), yield pressure (Py), limit pressure (p), undrained Young's modulus (Eu), and undrained strength (Sup). The Field Vane test gave the undrained strength (Suv) while the Dutch Cone test yielded the cone resistance (qc) and local friction (fs). The tests were carried out in 5 sites in the campus of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) wherein the 3 uppermost subsoil layers consist of about 2 m thick weathered marine clay, about 8 m very soft marine clay and about 6 m thick stiff clay. In each site, each in-situ tests were done in 5 locations. The averaged in-situ soil parameters obtained were correlated. The correlations obtained have been confirmed, compared, and discussed in relation with past results.
