Included in the 412 references are several for each of the associated technologies including: signature analysis, boiling detection, cavitation, leak detection, seismology, and rock mechanics. Information has also been obtained from eight abstracting and indexing services searched in compiling the bibliography. The bibliography has been arranged alphabetically by author and is cross referenced with a list of approximately 400 authors. Also included is a subject index. Technical articles listed were published in some 90 different journals and in 8 different languages.
