A new expression of Reynolds equation with no apparent oil-wedge term and the CIP scheme are utilized for analyzing mixed or micro EHL. A quite stable convergence has been realized in developed numerical procedure, as the fault of conventional Reynolds equation that it includes redundant terms which should be cancelled out regarding an effect of moving asperity slope on film establishment was eliminated.
