Cryopreservation of tissues would bring great profits for the academic research and the treatments of patients. However, the damage of the tissues during rewarming process greatly limit the clinical applications of cryopreserved tissues, and it has been widely pointed out that such damage is mainly due to devitrification, thermal stress and thermal runaway1,2.
