This paper summarizes survey results of regulations and Codes/Standards, such as API Standard 653, EEMUA 159 Fire Service Law in Japan. The survey relates to inspection interval of above ground storage tanks, ASTs, typically as shown in Figure 1, in several countries in recent years.
