0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel is one of steels used in nuclear plant and petrochemical works. There is no report about the steel’s strain fatigue behavior and fracture properties. This paper presents the steel’s strain fatigue behavior parameters at 350 °C that are tested by strain-control method in accordance with ASTM and state standards (GB). The 0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel fatigue cracks growth rates formula and J resistance curve is obtained in room temperature condition. The axial fatigue test results show it is suitable and safe to adopt ASME Sec. VII div.2 3XX steel fatigue design curve for homemade 0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel.
