Concentric double cylindrical high explosive [1] was caused Over Driven Detonation (O.D.D.) phenomenon [2], and it was found that this method was suitable for the shock consolidation system of the metallic powder by the numerical analysis [3] [4] [5] [6] and the pressure measurement [7] [8]. Therefore the shock consolidation [9] of the metallic powder that was one of the techniques of material development was made by using the concentric double cylindrical high explosive. As a result, the good sample of Tungsten Carbide was obtained.
