In the area of Combined Cycle Power Plant ASME PTC 46 Committee so far focussed on the performance tests of overall Plant and by doing so closed a gap since before 1996 no other test code delivered such guidelines. In present paper author addresses a smaller field, ie the Add-On Plant topic (ie Combined Cycle Plants where gas turbine(s) are not part of the scope) and suggests a methodology derived from ASME PTC 46 key principles, with the support of gas turbine and HRSG respective Codes too.
