Stress analysis of impeller is an important link in the structure design of the steam turbine and has important meaning to maintenances, monitoring, safety and life-span manage and assess of rotor of steam turbine. According to fundamental equations of stress and deformation of stream turbine impeller, this method combines the boundary value computing method of system of second order ordinary differential equation with unbinding optimization method. A procedure is programmed and second order ordinary differential equation is calculated. The sample shows that the result gotten is nearly equal to the results of Secondary Calculation. Compared with Secondary Calculation, this method is simple and it has the project employing value.
