Ejectors are efficient equipment for low-grade heat recovery and new energy exploitation and utilization. However, the current design of the ejectors is still relying on traditional methods emerged several decades ago. Several classic ejectors design theories and methods have been reviewed and discussed in this paper. Parametric study have been conducted by self developed programs. The calculations have been benchmarked with theoretical data and previous data from other researchers. This paper is also trying to provide a guide for the ejector design in order to achieve the best efficiency.
