Development of effective analysis of the complex excitation mechanism with special attention to the complicated interaction of vortex shedding and fluid-elastic excitation is the most important problem in designing of different heat exchangers for prevention intensive vibration and construction damage of tube-bundles at present. Common approach proposed in this report is based on the use of Modernized Discrete Vortex Method (MMDV) and corresponding theoretical investigations of hydroelastic instability worked out by authors. MMDV makes it possible to define the working regime parameters, to reproduce in details the main resonance peak (common smooth curve) of tube system and to clear up the transition of the system in the zone of stability loss with further definition of stability region borders.
