The vertical and transversal stiffness of the air spring with multi-layer composite material were studied using the nonlinear finite element analysis. The geometrical non-linearity, the nonlinear elasticity and the contacting nonlinearity were analyzed. The finite element model was built in Marc software, and the nonlinear stiffness characteristics were calculated. The influence of parameters on the stiffness characteristics was analyzed.
