Abstract

At our institute, a system for the support of Simultaneous Engineering is being developed. The results of a laboratory study on strain and stress of CAD design work have an influence on this development. Integrating the requirements for CAD-systems that could be figured out in this study, the software will be of more use for practice, and will satisfy the customer’s expectations.
