Abstract
China’s National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) has always attached great importance to the training of regulators. In 2020, NNSA issued the training program for nuclear and radiation safety regulators. In this study, research was conducted on the implementation of the training program. Analyze the current status of our training systems were drawn from the aspect of implementation and management. Main problems of regulators’ systems were summarized from this study: (1) the training course needs to be further improved according to the training program. (2) The construction of curriculum materials needs to be continuously promoted. (3) personnel training experience needs to be systematically managed. (4) training knowledge management and application need to explore effective ways. Solutions to each problem are proposed to help improve the training efficiency of regulators and explore the use of training knowledge.
