The Chemical and Volume Control System (CVCS) is one of the most important systems in nuclear power plants to ensure the pressure stability of the primary loop. CVCS consists of various equipments, valves and pipelines; the operation of the system is relatively complex. The sneak circuit analysis technology was applied to identify the patent path and temporal sequence in the CVCS system design and running. Improvements and advices are provided to lower the potential risk.
