The paper focuses on the distribution of the Hermoluminescence Personal Dosemeter in the nuclear power plants which have been in operation, and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the existed methods in group plant mode. By summarizing the operation and management experience of the existed distribution methods, It puts forward a way to reduce the investment of dose monitoring equipments and the investment of operation and maintenance input. This new method is called centralized distribution. But this method also has some inadequacies, the paper puts forward some specific suggestions (including management methods and techniques) to consummate the new method, so that the centralized distribution method is more effective and feasible.
