The authors developed the bi-modular thermal diagnostic system for power cycles, [1]. The task of the systems is not only search for inefficient components of the complex power cycle, [2], and determination of the type of its deterioration, [3], but also recognition of the geometry degradation of its faulty components, [4], based on thermal and flow measurements, which is the novelty of the presented diagnostic system. The paper summarises the developed procedure based on previous authors’ publications as indicated above and illustrates it with the flow diagram attached, Fig.1.
