We investigate three-dimensional flows for electro-wetting on dielectric by numerically solving Navier-Stokes equation with Level set function. The level set method is used to compute the surface pressure of droplet. The droplet is divided into three zones. One is acted by the electric field, the other is affected by the electric field and the third is not affected by electric field. The voltage influence can be extended to the droplet surface effectively by handling pressure boundary, which was proved to plays an important role in numerical simulation.
