In the paper, we adopt Image method to perform entrained air amount measurement in the two-phase flow through inlet passage of pump. Furthermore, not only air entrained amount but also air bubble’s size are discussed and compared under different work conditions. Results show that under all the normal conditions, the maximum value of air entrained rate is 2.5 mL/s, and the maximum of volumetric ratio is 0.006%. The minimum measurable bubble volume is about 1 mm3, and the maximum bubble size is about 0.39 cm3. Analysis also shows that chest wall angle is a main factor that affects air entrained vortex occurrence.
