Remote Site Access to a Turbomachinery Lab for Education and Research (Keynote Paper) Available to Purchase

An axial flow compressor has been designed to allow control and data acquisition from remote site locations. The design of the controller builds upon the experiences of other universities with remote access laboratories. The compressor hardware and data acquisition system are accessible via a LabVIEW interface. The long term objective of the project is to make turbomachinery experiments available to anyone with an interest in the subject and an Internet connection.
