The term T.A.S.T.E. is an acronym for Thermally Accelerated Short Time Evaporator, which describes the primary advantages of this unique evaporator design. The combination of high temperatures, large heat transfer rates, and very short residence times are a direct result of the accelerated turbulent mist generated in the TASTE system.
