GOALS. You invited me to develop two sub-topics relative to citrus in the world food outlook. The first and shorter is to update the speech delivered to your association in this auditorium three years ago.² The second, to which more emphasis is to be given, is to discuss selected important citribusiness issues in such detail and at a sufficiently high level of generalization to provide perspective for your long-range profit planning as you develop products featuring adequate technology for citribusiness here and abroad.
