We in the citrus processing industry have been contributing to the pollution of Florida lakes and streams, air and land for a number of years. Now, as just about everyone knows it is beginning to catch-up with us, and indeed its a problem all over the world where any food or chemical processing takes place. Some of us have already made the local newspapers and we will all probably make the national news before we get the problem solved.
