The setting up of patient-specific computations is one of the major challenges to help the clinician in his decision-making.

But the input parameters of computations are not well known due to the medical imaging limitations.

The goal of this study is to highlight on a cerebral aneurysm case that the uncertainties of the input parameters have an influence on the details of the results but not on the main conclusion: the soft (close to the rupture) aneurysm deforms more than the stiff (undegraded) one.
